{"id":79,"date":"2025-09-04T09:28:59","date_gmt":"2025-09-04T09:28:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oia.umuslim.ac.id\/?p=79"},"modified":"2025-09-11T09:30:37","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T09:30:37","slug":"farewell-ceremony-for-almuslim-university-student-joining-exchange-program-at-nagoya-gakuin-university-japan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oia.umuslim.ac.id\/?p=79","title":{"rendered":"Farewell Ceremony for Almuslim University Student Joining Exchange Program at Nagoya Gakuin University, Japan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bireuen \u2013 <em>Universitas Almuslim<\/em> officially held a send-off ceremony for <strong>Siti Fadhilah<\/strong>, an International Relations student, who has been selected to participate in a <strong>student exchange program<\/strong> at <strong>Nagoya Gakuin University (NGU), Japan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siti has passed series of selection stages since <strong>January 2024<\/strong>, which included preparation in language, culture, and adapting to the academic system in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his remarks, <strong>Dr. Marwan, M.Pd<\/strong>, Rector of Universitas Almuslim, advised the student to always <strong>maintain good behavior<\/strong>, <strong>stay disciplined in academic activities<\/strong>, and <strong>remain committed to worship<\/strong>. He emphasized the importance of upholding the good name of Universitas Almuslim as the leading private university in Aceh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cAlways remember to pray and value yourself. The success you achieve today is the result of your prayers and hard work,\u201d<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siti departed for Japan on <strong>September 8, 2025<\/strong>, via <strong>Kuala Namu International Airport, Medan<\/strong>, to continue her studies at NGU for <strong>two semesters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The collaboration between Universitas Almuslim and Nagoya Gakuin University has been ongoing since <strong>2014<\/strong>, marked by a <strong>Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)<\/strong> that supports student and faculty exchange programs.
